Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Order Status
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at: theplantedtreelegacy.com/questions. Please include your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving the product at: theplantedtreelegacy.com/questions. Include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work toward a satisfactory resolution.
